THULE Israel (RoofRack.co.il) is the official distributor of THULE, a leading global brand specializing in high-quality roof racks, bike carriers, and travel gear. Their WooCommerce-based eCommerce platform serves as a critical sales channel, requiring seamless integration with a 3rd party CRM to ensure efficient order management, pricing updates, and stock synchronization.
Scope of Work & Key Contributions:
1. WooCommerce to CRM Order Export
Implemented an automated process to export orders from WooCommerce to the external CRM in real-time.
Ensured that each order includes complete details such as customer information, purchased products, shipping details, and payment status.
Developed a robust logging system to track successful and failed order exports for easy troubleshooting.
2. Automated Price Updates
Created an integration to fetch product pricing from the CRM and update WooCommerce accordingly.
Ensured scheduled updates to keep pricing consistent between the eCommerce store and the CRM, preventing discrepancies.
